Golf college workshop heads to O’ahu
Kaua’i Jr. golfers are invited to attend a college workshop on Feb. 22 at the Pearl Country Club on O’ahu.
The workshop is open to juniors, parents, coaches, instructors, and anyone else interested.
Special guests include Dottie Pepper, Kay Cockerill, Tim Mickelson, Walter Chun, and Julie Brooks.
Registration deadline is Feb. 8 and according to a press release, contact the HSJGA at (808) 532-0559 for more information.
Hanapepe baseball registration, Tuesday
The Hanapepe Youth Baseball Association will be holding baseball registration for Mustang, Bronco, and Pony divisions on Tuesday, Jan. 31, and Thursday, Feb. 1 at the Hanapepe Neighborhood Center patio.
Parents and interested players must bring two copies of the player’s birth certificate and current medical card.
Registration will take place between 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on both days.
