  • Kaua’i’s hotel occupancy rate in November 2005 was 71.6 percent, up slightly from 70.6 percent in November of 2004, and at 78.3 percent for the first 11 months last year, down slightly from 79.7 percent from the same period in 2004, states a press release from Hospitality Advisor LLC and Smith Travel Research. Average daily room rates were $177.35 in November of last year, $164.65 in November of 2004, and $182.63 for the first 11 months of last year, and $176.23 for the same period in 2004.
