The five-session, stress-reduction program is each Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, and running through and including Feb. 7, and each Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. from Jan. 11 through Feb. 8. The sessions are
