Leaders at the Good Beginnings Alliance, in preparation for the Ho‘olaulima No Na Keiki Awards Ceremony, invite parents and guardians to nominate early-childhood professionals who have positively influenced the healthy development of young children.

The nomination deadline is Friday, Feb. 3.
Parents or guardians may nominate child-care providers who have provided quality early-learning experiences for their children within the last five years.
Child-care providers are eligible for nomination if they: • Currently provide care for children ages birth through 8 years; • Have at least 75 percent of their responsibility involving direct care for children ages birth through 8 years; • Have worked in early-childhood care or education for more than three years in Hawai‘i; • Meet all applicable state licensing requirements (includes licensed-exempt).
