• Update on Lihu‘e Town Core Urban Design Plan by representatives of the Kaua‘i County Planning Department, and Ha‘ena County Beach Park improvements discussion.

• Executive session to finalize the yearly evaluation of a Kaua‘i police officer; requests for special counsel from Chief K.C. Lum, and discussion and approval of a year-end evaluation for the chief of police.
