Robert “Bobby” Tokunaga
Robert “Bobby” Tokunaga of Kapa’a died Dec. 16, 2005, at Straub Clinic & Hospital at the age of 78.
Born March 2, 1927, in Lihu’e, he is survived by his wife: Erin Tokunaga; son: Richard Tokunaga; daughter: Cynthia Yamada; sister: Minnie (Albert) Maeno; one granddaughter; numerous nieces.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m., services at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27, at Lihu’e Hongwanji.
Arrangements are being handled by Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary.
Tatsuo “Bobby” Ikemoto of Kekaha, died at home on Dec. 23, 2005, at the age of 74.
Born in Waimea on March 11, 1931, he was a retired delivery man with Meadow Gold Dairy.
He is survived by wife, Kazuko H. Ikemoto; sons, Russell T. (Penny Machado) Ikemoto of Kekaha and Lance M. Ikemoto of Fullerton, Calif.; daughters, Kathryn M. Ikemoto of Kekaha and Brenda N. Ikemoto of Fullerton, Calif.; four sisters, Yoshiko Shigematsu, Shizue (Edward) Matsusaka, Jean (Ernest) Lovell and Lillian (Ted) Idouchi; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family from 10-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Kauai Veterans Cemetery Pavilion; service officiated by Rev. Fujimori will begin at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow. Casual attire is suggested.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
