I protest the poor judgment of judge and lawyers who have no knowledge or experience of the Hawaiian Culture and their laws. She had a vision that through education they will be able to bring solutions to the many problems occurring. Many Hawaiian children are on the waiting list at Kamehameha Schools and have waited patiently for years. What is the influence on this non-Hawaiian child whose mother used deceptive means in application, then uses the Civil Rights law to force acceptance? This child is already taught that the Hawaiian needs to be treated heavy handedly.
