The Kaua‘i All Girls Rodeo Association is sponsored by the YMCA’s of Kaua‘i, and encourages families to come together to enjoy a healthy outdoor lifestyle.
Many members of the association are mothers with their daughters, including Charlene and Kim Medeiros, Joyce Miranda and Marti Snyder, Sheri and Kelli Carveiro, Cheree and Kristyn Vasconcelles, Pam Grant and McKenzie McCoy, Pam Ta‘ala and Bongo Lee, and Apryl and Jenna Soares.
Everyone is invited to come catch all the generations in action at the next rodeo, today, beginning at 10 a.m. at the CJM County Stables in Poipu. Admission is free.
Food and beverages will be available from Rosie’s Lunch Wagon and a shaved ice stand will also be on hand.
All girls rodeo logo items, including T-shirts, caps, pins, and decals will also be available for sale.
