KAPA‘A – Kaua‘i Police Department officials are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a teenage runaway from the Kapa‘a area.
Noah Troche has been missing since Dec. 2, 2004. He was reportedly dropped off at school but failed to return home that day, police said.
Noah, 14, has a slim build and is 5’6″ and 130 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a tan complexion.
Authorities believe Troche may still be in the Kapa‘a area.
Anyone who has seen or has information about Noah Troche is requested to contact KPD dispatch at 241-1711.
