“We have four different families who just got into their own homes this year. All of them are requesting blankets for their families on our cold Kaua‘i nights,” she said.One family includes a mother and her 10 children who are sharing two king- and two queen-sized beds, and would appreciate bedding and blankets. Another family includes a grandmother and mother of four, also in need of blankets, as is another family that includes a mother and two girls, and another mother with five teenage boys who needs blankets and bedding for full-sized beds. “These would be greatly appreciated by these families,” said Mohler.
