Roddy Enriques
Roddy Enriques of Kapa‘a, died at his home on Oct. 26, 2004, at the age of 46.
Born Aug. 2, 1958, in California, he was a waiter at Princeville Hotel.
He is survived by his father: Lawrence of Las Vegas, mother: Jean of Reno, three sisters: Pennae Carbell, Gail Lewis and Jill Johnson, all of California, and his grandmother: Louisa Enriques of Kapa‘a; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary.
Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
Walter R. Haas
Walter R. Haas of Kapa‘a, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Nov. 9, 2004 at the age of 80.
Born in El Paso, Texas on Sept. 29, 1924, he was a Veterinarian/ Owner of Lihue Veterinary Hospital.
He is survived by wife, Mabel E. Haas; four sons, Gordon (Geri) of Oregon, Jay (Bonnie) of Hawai‘i, David (Barbara) of Kaua‘i and Ricky (Lynn) of Kaua‘i; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous cousins. Private services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
Dr. Thomas Kagawa
Dr. Thomas Tatsuo Kagawa, D.D.S., of Waimea, died on Nov. 9, 2004 at the age of 78.
Born in Waimea, on Apr. 18, 1926, he was a retired dentist.
Preceded in death by son, Sam, he is survived by wife, Betty; children, Maile (Pat) Lam, William (Maribel) Kagawa, David (Cinthy) Kagawa, Janet (Greg) Fong and Paul (Kathleen) Kagawa; daughter-in-law, Joy Kagawa; 14 grandchildren; brother, Willy Kagawa.
Friends may visit with the family from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, at Waimea Sacred Hearts Catholic Church; service officiated by Father Larry will begin at 2 p.m. followed by interment at 3:30 p.m. at the Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe. Casual attire is suggested and that flowers be omitted.

Kaimana Dias-Duque
Kaimana Larry Dias-Duque of Lihue, died Nov. 1, 2004, at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children at the age of 2.
Born Nov. 18, 2001, in Lihu‘e, he is survived by his mother: Jessica Dias of Lihu‘e; father: Justin Duque of Puhi; maternal grandmother: Donna Dias of Lihu‘e; maternal grandfather: Dennis Baxter of Honolulu; maternal great-grandmother: Corliss Dias of Wailua; paternal grandparents: Larry and Lona Duque of Puhi; paternal great grandparents; Lono and Frances Fu of Anahola; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 15, at 9 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kalaheo. Services at 11 a.m., burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
