William Jack Lane of Mililani, formerly of Kaua‘i, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2004, at Kaiser Foundation Hospital at the age of 71.
Born Sept. 20, 1932 in Los Angeles, Calif., he was a retired Sergeant Major with the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Gloriana Nani Lane; sons, Michael Lane and William H. Lane; daughters, Lucille Waiwaiole, Shawn T. Perreira of Kaua‘i, Ilima Lopez of Kaua‘i, Kendra Au, Edwina Malia Kimura of Kaua‘i, Billie Kay Sheldon and Anela R. Kael; 20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; brother, Harrison Melville Lane.
Services will be Sunday, Aug. 22, at 10 a.m. at Olaloa Retirement Community Center (95-1050 Makaikai Street, Mililani, O‘ahu).
Arrangements are being handled by Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, LLC.
