Castle Resorts & Hotels has selected Sharon McAuliffe as Director of E-Commerce. Castle manages 20 hotels around the state and here on Kaua‘i. McAuliffe recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay area where she did similar work. She also worked for American Hawaii Cruises.
McAuliffe will handle sales & marketing for electronic distribution channels, including Castle’s web site, third party online intermediary web sites and various distribution systems.

Looking for a place to snack under the sun or stars?
Spinners Coffee and Snacks, a new outside dining spot in the Princeville Shopping Center, opened May 20. Located between the Princeville Post Office and Oceanfront Realty. Even well-behaved dogs on leashes can hang out at Spinners, and doggie treats will be complimentary upon request.
Spinners offers specialty coffee drinks, teas, smoothies and snacks such as pastries, hot dogs, soft pretzels and ice cream bars. Their coffee features the “tre chic” Torrefazionne Italia from Seattle. Open M-F from 6 am to 4 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm.
