KAPA‘A – Dodgers’ pitcher Parker Smith came out of the gates hungry and got the job done against the Yankees, pitching a complete game one-hitter to help his team beat the Yankees, 6-0 in Kawaihau Community Little League action yesterday at Kapa‘a Ballpark.
Smith also helped himself out at the plate with two hits and two RBI’s. The other batting leaders were Darin Taylor, who went 3-3, Joe Enrique came away with two hits in two tries at the plate, and Palani Mawae recorded a stand-up triple for the Dodgers.
