Services were held Monday, March 8, 2004 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel in Hilo.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Humane Society or the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
He is survived by his wife: Patricia Ketcham of Kealia; son: Keith Ketcham of New Jersey; daughter, Laura (Mark) Coccimiglio of Kapa‘a; and grandchildren, Julian and Arietta Coccimiglio of Kapa‘a.
