Mitsuyo U. Miyake of Waimea died at KVMH on Feb. 7, 2004 at the age of 90.
She was a retired registered nurse with ‘Ele‘ele Clinic and Waimea Dispensary.
She is survived by son, Michael T. (Phyllis) Miyake of Waimea; three grandsons, Keone (Dana) Miyake of Dublin, Ca., Bryan Miyake of Hayward, CA., and Martin Miyake of Salt Lake City, UT; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and a nephew.
Services officiated by Pastor Mitchell Young will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at Hanapepe United Church of Christ. Casual attire is suggested.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
