Transfer station closed for painting
The Kapa’a refuse transfer station is closed during the morning hours each weekday this week, as county crews are painting the facility. The facility will be closed each weekday, 7:30 a.m. to noon from Tuesday, Jan. 20 through Friday, Jan.
