Hawai’i’s own Greg Meyer of the Pearl Country Club shot a 34-32-66 for the third spot, with Dave Eichelberger birdie-ing the first playoff hole to earn the fourth and final slot.
Eichelberger (34-33-67) tied with Nationwide Tour member Jeff Freeman (36-31-67) and PGA Tour member Mark Wilson (33-34-67) for the playoff.
