More worms
It seems to me that another in the proverbial ‘can of worms’ is trying to use similar tactics as those in past accesses encrouchment arguments denying public access. It seems to me that the verbiage alone says it all, OLD GOVERNMENT ROAD. It seems to me that even if you look past that wording and actually were to go to the Aliomanu district where the ‘can’ is located, you would WORRY at what has already gone down in this particular arena ongoing now for years, how a little at a time accesses all along a once actively sought out coastal trail/roads is denied, gated with signage, even a guard at Papaa Bay south to Aliomanu (north section) Road. I fear that the collective county administration and/or their attornies will not rule in the public’s interest. It seems to me that clear title search in most parts of this Non-State theory remains questionable, a probable other ‘can of worms’ scenario dormant momentarily. It seems to me administration (Honorable Mayor et al) do not have big enough hooks to take these worms out…fishing!!
