Louisa Ancheta Ramos, of Hanama’ulu, died Nov. 24, 2003 in Honolulu, at the age of 73.
A homemaker, she was born Jan. 6, 1930, in Lihu’e.
She is survived by three sons, Allan (Joni) Ramos of Lihu’e, Patrick Ramos of O’ahu, and Jimmy Ramos of O’ahu; three daughters, Mary (Wayne) Hockensmith of Minnesota, Stella (Stanley) Viluan of Koloa, and Rose (Manuel) Goias of Hanama’ulu; three brothers, Juan (Rehina) Ancheta of Lihu’e, Pete (Joanne) Ancheta of O’ahu, and Francisco (Kathy) Ancheta of Montreal; three sisters, Mary (Jesus) Canoy of O’ahu, Dolores (Bob) Helser of O’ahu, and Rosita (Ted) Fry of Colorado; 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, Dec. 2, at Immaculate Conception Church from 9 to 10:45 a.m. where memorial services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Joe. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.
