Carol Konishi of Lihu‘e, died at Straub Hospital on October 20, 2003 at the age of 41. Born in Lihu‘e on October 10, 1962, she was employed with Gary’s Service, Inc.
She is survived by her parents, Gary and Marjorie Konishi of Lihu‘e; brother, Glen (Shelley) Konishi of Lihu‘e; sister, Gail (Warren) Haruki of Honolulu; three nephews, Jason and Justin Haruki of Honolulu, Kevin Konishi of Lihu‘e; two nieces, Kristen and Kareen Konishi of Lihu‘e.
Friends may visit with the family at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service at 4:30 p.m. Casual attire is suggested and flowers omitted.
Arrangements are being handled by Williams Funeral Service and Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
Keio Ikehara
Keio Ikehara of Kapa‘a, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on October 19, 2003 at the age of 78.
Born in Kapa‘a on January 7, 1925 he was a Purchasing Clerk with the County of Kauai.
He is survived by his wife, Yukiko; three sons, Lyle Ikehara of Kapa‘a, Guy (Karen) Ikehara of O‘ahu and Marc Ikehara of Kapa‘a; daughter, Karen Ikehara of Kapa‘a; two brothers, Seio (Sachiko) Ikehara of Kapa‘a and Keiji Ikehara of LA, CA; sister, Haruko Ikehara of O‘ahu, 4 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Oct. 25, 11 a.m. at the Kapaa Jodo Mission. Casual attire is suggested.

Emma Kuhaulua
Emma Kaleinani Kuhaulua of Lihu‘e, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on October 20, 2003 at the age of 67.
Born in Ho‘olehua, Moloka‘i on July 25, 1936, she was employed at the Lihue Veterinary Clinic.
She is survived by three brothers, Benjamin (Sara) Kuhaulua, Jr., of Kapa‘a, Kaleihoku (Sarah) Kuhaulua of Anahola, Abraham Kuhaulua of Anahola; sister, Lynette (Earl) Kuhaulua Lanning Sr. of Anahola, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at the Kapaa First Hawaiian Church from 9 a.m. where services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.
