Hana Hou, Ikaika, Pahio win in county softball

Custom Limo outhit Hana Hou 9-7, but lost the game 7-3 as Jon Takamura walked with bases loaded to give Hana Hou the go-ahead Tuesday night at Isenberg Park in the county’s 35-Over softball league.

Steven Carvalho led the Custom Limo bats with a pair of RBI on two singles with Wesley Pagador banging three singles, and Frank Bukoski who was strapped with the loss on the mound, finishing with a pair of singles.

Brenn Nakaahiki led the Hana Hou hitting with an RBI on two singles with five other batters notching hits in the win.

Paris Resinto went the distance for Hana Hou, allowing nine hits on one walk while Bukoski allowed 6 hits on five walks before being relieved by Sia Salausa who finished with a hit on one walk and one strikeout.

Young Blood 4, Ikaika 5

Abe Kahualua led Ikaika bats with an RBI on two singles, but it was an error that scored the winning run as Ikaika closed with a 5-4 win over Young Blood.

Eric Fujiwara and Americo Morris each added a pair of singles in the win.

Dwayne Adachi drove in an RBI on two singles to lead the Young Blood hitting that saw six players come up with a hit apiece.

Glenn Kodero allowed eight hits with a pair of strikeouts in the win while Rory Rayno allowed ten hits on one walk and finished with a pair of strikeouts in the loss.

Pahio 2, Universal Delivery 0

Wayne Laranio walked with the bases loaded to lead Pahio to a 2-0 win over Universal Delivery.

Steven Mardonado suffered the loss on the hill, allowing seven hits on four walks while Laranio chalked up the win with six hits allowed on no walks or strikeouts.

Rod Ochoa led the Pahio hitting with a pair of singles with five other batters getting a hit each while Universal had six players finishing with a hit each in the loss.
