The wahine of Kiahuna Tennis defeated Maui, O‘ahu, Big Island, and other Kaua‘i teams for the Hawai‘i Pacific Section, 3.5 Senior Women’s Championship in Kona this past August.
Since then, the team has been training hard in preparation of taking on the other 16 sections of the USA League Tennis at the National Tournament in Scottsdale, Ariz., Oct. 16-19.
Sinclair Knudsen Bill, who recently moved back to Kaua‘i, has been helping the team with practice, sharing her worldwide knowledge and experience as a ranked U.S. and World tennis player in her age group.
Sinclair will move on to cheer her husband Michael Bill who is on the Hawai‘i 4.0 Adult Champions Team, “USDA Select” from Kaua‘i that will be playing in Tucson, Ariz. from Oct. 24 – 26.

As a U.S. Women’s Tennis Team player for international teams, Sinclair has offered expert advice for each player’s improvement on the court and will also be playing for the Hawai‘i 4.5 Women’s Team from Maui in Palm Springs.
This tournament will coincide with the Kiahuna ladies’ tournament.
