Dylan Morrison-Fogel lost little time getting Hanapepe in the scorebooks as he struck within five minutes of the start of the game only to have Trey Smith answer for the Raiders before the end of the quarter.
Kalechi Young had an opportunity to pull the Raiders in front only to have the Scorpions’ goalie Dylan Thomas punt the attempt away.
Teamwork between Isaac Fierro and Correa yielded the second Hanapepe goal as Correa drew the Raiders’ goalie out while Fierro fed Chicoine who scored the Scorpions’ go-ahead goal.
Tanner Kimura kept the Raider charge alive, but was denied by Scorpions’ goalie Isaac Fierro.
