The officers and crew of visiting Australian Navy frigate HMAS Warramunga hosted a gala party Friday evening aboard ship in Nawiliwili Harbor.

U.S. Navy officers from the Pacific Missile Range Facility, representaives of the County of Kaua‘i and other members of the community attended.

The ship departs Monday and is in Hawaiian waters for an exercise connected with PMRF.

Members of the Royal Australian Navy Band performed a traditional sunset flag lowering ceremony that has roots in British naval tradition going back centuries.
