Kaua’i residents are invited to gather Friday morning in what is being called the first pro-American rally to be held here since Operation Iraqi Freedom began.
Organizers are asking the public to show support for troops stationed overseas by waving an American flag with them. They are scheduled to meet at the Kapule Highway-Ahukini Road junction in front of the rock wall that reads “Aloha” starting at 6:30 a.m.
