Margaret Carlozzi
Margaret H. Carlozzi, of Little Falls, NJ, formerly of Kilauea, Hawai’i, died on Feb. 15, 2003, at the age of 73.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on Oct. 1, 1929, she was president of the Nicholas H. and Margaret H. Carlozzi Foundation, Inc., and the Carlozzi Foundation, Inc. Former owner and Director of Endeavor House in Keyport, NJ.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas H. Carlozzi. She is survived by her children, Nicholas, Beth, Mark and Robert Carlozzi; grandchildren, Nicholas and Francesca Carlozzi; daughters-in-law, Catherine, Donna and Diana Carlozzi; sister, Rose Roberts.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, Mar. 10, at St. Catherine’s Church in Kapa’a at 9 a.m. with mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the St. Catherine’s Church Cemetery.

Avis Lonon (Williams)
Avis Lonon (Williams) of Wailua, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Mar. 4, 2003, at the age of 92.
Born in Belize, British Honduras on Oct. 10, 1910, she was a seamstress.
She is survived by son, Dennis (Theo) Williams Sr. of Wailua Homesteads and Seattle; grandsons, Dennis (Alohalinda) Williams Jr. of Wailua Homesteads and Rodney (Jane) Williams of Bellevue, WA.; granddaughters, Renita Williams of Redmond, WA. And Tracie Williams of New York City; great-grandchildren, Mathieu, Jenae, Elise Williams all of Wailua and Madison Williams of Bellevue, WA; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Mar. 17, at the First Hawaiian Church in Kapa’a.

Jodine Yago
Jodine “Jodi” Renae Yago of Lihu’e, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on March 1, 2003 at the age of 31 after a courageous 8 year battle with cancer.
Born in Heidelberg, Germany on Sept. 17, 1971, she was a Registration Manager with Kauai Medical Clinic.
Preceded in death by her father, Jerry Holt and step-father, Ronald Williams, she is survived by husband, Bernard; daughter, Kailee; mother, Vicki Williams of Hilo; brother, Jason Holt of Michigan; maternal grandmother, Judy Miller “Grams” of Reno, Nevada; maternal grandfather, Edmund Learned of Washington State; paternal grandparents, Katie & Ray Uptain, of Oregon; In-laws, Floro & Flora Yago of Puhi; Sonia & Eddie Topenio of Lihu’e; Wilfred & Editha Yago of Ewa Beach; Gerry & Kristle Yago of Kapolei; nieces & nephews, Tianna & Magen Holt, Robert & Tyler Topenio, Brandi, Viktor & Charmayne Yago, numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
A celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, at the Salt Pond Pavilion in Hanapepe. The family request in lieu of donations, please donate blood in her name to the Blood Bank. Casual & swim wear attire is suggested and that flowers be omitted.

Sukeichi Ono
Sukeichi Ono of Koloa, Kaua’i died on Feb. 24, 2003 at the age of 92.
Born in Koloa, Kaua’i on March 24, 1910, he was a Purchasing Agent with Hale Kauai.
He is survived by brother, Masao (Kiyoko) Ono of Lawa’i, Kaua’i; sister, Marilyn T. (Thomas) Hirai of Honolulu, O’ahu; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were private.
