Lawrence Hisato Kobayashi of Lihue, Kauai, died at San Diego, CA., on Dec. 8, 2002 at the age of 75.
Born in Makawao, Maui on June 16, 1927 he was the President of Kauai Credit Adjusters, Ltd.
He is survived by three sons, Michael (Irene) Kobayashi of Lihue, Jason Kobayashi of Honolulu and Ben (Keri) Kobayashi of Hilo; three brothers, Clifford (Cathy) Kobayashi, Buddy (Ruth) Kobayashi and Victor (Cleo) Kobayashi all of Honolulu; sister, Constance (Ben) Yamamoto of Honolulu; 3 grandchildren; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service officiated by Rev. James Koyama will begin at 1:30 p.m. Casual attire is suggested and flowers omitted.
