Elaine S. Fontanilla of Kalaheo, Kauai, died at Kaiser Hospital on Oct. 23, 2002 at the age of 48.
Born in Lihue, Kauai on Aug. 4, 1954, she was a Salesperson with Don’s Camera.
She is survived by husband, Gus; two sons, Bryson and Tyler; two daughters, Tisha and Cindi all of Kalaheo, Kauai; mother, Betty Konishi of Kalaheo, Kauai; brother, Owen Konishi of Kalaheo, Kauai; two sisters, Charlene (Shotaro) Asano of Pearl City, Oahu and Doreen (Walter) Chong of Huntington Beach, CA.; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were private.

Feliza Gallardo Linoz of Koloa, Kauai, died at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital on Oct. 29, 2002 at the age of 76.
Born in Lihue, Hawaii, on May 18, 1926, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children: Leonard Linoz; Linda (Enorio) Paza Jr.; Innocencia Linoz; John Linoz; Susan (Jaime) Butacan; Howard (Luz) Linoz; Theresa (Galen) Kihano; Carleen (Gleen) Ganeku; Charmaine (Alan) Duarte; Derrick Linoz; Brandon Linoz; four sisters: Bessie (Raymond) Obra; Trinidad (Phillip) Eliana; Trina (Benjamin) Arcamo; Louisa (Paul) Hatmaker; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Thurs. Nov. 7, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. where a prayer services will be conducted at 11 a.m. by Father Felix. Burial to follow at St. Raphaels Church Cemetery in Koloa. Casual attire is suggested.

Irineo Pagtulingan
Irineo Pagtulingan of Lihue, Kauai, died on Oct. 27, 2002 at the age of 70.
Born in the Philippines on June 6, 1932, he was a maintenance personnel.
He is survived by his wife: Rosalia Pagtulingan; three daughters: Lily (Carlos) Giron; Ruby (Doug) McMurren; Arleen Reis; brothers and sisters: Mauro, Pascual, Delphine, Valentin, Jose, Pepito, Pacita and Zenaida. 5 grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family on Sat. Nov. 9, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.. where mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Keahi. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual attire is suggested.

Kenneth Yamamoto
Kenneth K. Yamamoto of Wailua, Kauai, died in Honolulu on Oct. 27, 2002 at the age of 90.
Born in Hanamaulu, Kauai, he was a retired County Clerk of Kauai. He was also a former chairman of the State Campaign Spending Commission and a past District Governor of District 50 Hawaii Lions. He was a member of the Lion’s organization for 63 years.
He is survived by his wife: Lauretta Y; son Kenneth B. (Rachel); daughter: Dayna (Fernando) Lacaden; three grandchildren: Brian Lacaden, Shari Muneta, Reyna Yamamoto; brother: Harry (Mildred); sisters: Suzuyo (Masao) Yamamoto, Fay Okita, Tomiko Shinozawa; and sister-in-law: Florence Yamamoto.
Friends may visit with the family on Mon. Nov. 4, 3 p.m. at the Kapaa Hongwanji Mission on Kauai. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Family suggest that flowers be omitted. Casual attire is suggested.
