Keith Correa
Keith Correa of Kalaheo, Kauai dies at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Sept. 20, 2002 at the age of 46.
Born in Lihue, Kauai, on Oct. 7, 1955, he was a Diesel Mechanic.
He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Correa and brother, Ernest Correa; and is survived by wife, Leanne Correa of Kalaheo, Kauai; son, Keith Correa Jr., of Kalaheo, Kauai; daughter, Lornette Correa of Kalaheo, Kauai; mother, Betty Correa of Kalaheo, Kauai; brother, Robin (Melinda) Correa of Kalaheo, Kauai; sister, Teresa (Roland) Jacinto of Puhi, Kauai; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church; service officiated by Father Keahi will begin at 11 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.

Charles Kiilau Jr.
Charles Kiilau Jr., of Hanamaulu, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Sept. 23, 2002 at the age of 72.
Born in Kilauea, Kauai, on April 27, 1930, he was a retired maintenance worker for Kauai Surf Hotel also a Baseball Coach.
He is survived by his wife: Lily Pia Kiilau, nine children: Moana Jean (Keith) Asuncion, Cindy (Yasu) Morikawa, Mary Ann (Alfred) Lopes, Danny (Lisa Pezario) Kiilau, Joseph (Jane Marciel) Kiilau, Lance (Sandy Akiyama) Kiilau, Wendy-Lu (Warren) Frisbee, George Kiilau, Leah (Conrado) Pillos, Jr., one brother: Walter Kiilau; four sisters: Lulu Alicuben, Pearl Kailimai, Charmian Sato, Charlotte Kaneholani. 30 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Monday, Sept. 30, at the Lihue Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from 9 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe. Casual attire is suggested.

Francis Zablan
Francis Benjamin Zablan of Kilauea, Kauai, died at Samuel Mahelona Hospital, on Sept. 22, 2002 at the age of 78.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on May 12, 1924, he retired from State Hospital in Kaneohe also from United States Army.
He is survived by one daughter: Renee (Hank) Martin of Kaneohe; two sons: Randy Rego of Waipake, Joe Asis of Honolulu; four brothers: Lawrence Zablan, Jay Zablan, Robert Zablan, Marcus Zablan; five sisters: Edith York, Rosebell Fitzgerald, Hope Kihune, Benelyn Littlies, Benay Vilani Zablan, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Oct. 4, at Kauai Veterans Center in Lihue from 10 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire is suggested.

Alice Ventura
Alice Clement Venture of Kailua, died in Honolulu on Sept. 24, 2002 at the age of 86.
Born in Eleele, Kauai, on May 14, 1916, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband: Frank M. Ventura; two sons: Melvin Ventura, James Ventura; one brother: Caesar Clement; two sisters: Flora Mobaldi, Agnes Murdaugh, 13 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo 10 a.m. -10:45 a.m. where mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Keahi. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Church Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.

Masaki Yamaguchi
Masaki Yamaguchi of Kapaa, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, on Sept. 22, 2002 at the age of 82.
Born in Pahala, Hawaii on April 24, 1920, he was a carpenter and also in the United States Army.
He is survived by his son: Floyd (Debbie) Yamaguchi of Oklahoma, two daughters: Jill (Randall) Asato of Oahu, Jaye (Sean) Yamaguchi-Chun of Kapaa, 4 grandchildren and relatives in Japan.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary in Honolulu from 10 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Valley of the Temple at 1 p.m. Family suggests Casual attire and flower omitted.
