KALAHEO – The two visiting Hilo teams had quite a productive Saturday.
The Hilo Warriors Blue and Hilo Warriors White each won three games on Saturday in a six game series at the Kalaheo Neighborhood Center.
Will Scanlan scored 15 points to lead the Hilo (Warriors) Blue to a 26-15 win over the Lihue Comets in the first game on Saturday.
Rachel Hamamura led the Comets with four points.
Kasey Kagawa scored nine points to lead the Hilo (Warriors) White to a 17-3 win over the Blackhawks.
Cody Morden scored two points for the Blackhawks.
The Hilo Blue came back the next game with similar success, topping the Kaumakani Supersonics 13-9.
Gideon Kalili led the Blue with six points; Joanna Andres scored five points for the Supersonics.
In game four, Hilo White used a 10-point boost from Shanley Apele in its 24-19 win over the Westside Riders.
Ashten Agor scored nine points for the Riders.
Ioane Laga scored 12 points in the Hilo White’s 30-12 victory over the Eastside Warriors in the fifth game.
Kainoa Colipano ans Kaleo Cummings each scored four points for the Warriors.
In the final game on Saturday, the Hilo Blue topped the Lihue And 1 21-17.
Thomas Naehu scored nine points for Hilo Blue; Jordan Tottari led the Lihue And 1 with 13 points.
