Hanapepe edged Kalaheo 41-35 in the second game. Futi Tavana provided 11 points for Kalaheo and Jordan Shea led Hanapepe with 10 points.
John Penn’s 13 points were enough to send the Lihue Sholtz to a 44-33 win over the Lihue Lemke in the last game on Thursday.
Preston Valmoja notched eight points for the Lemke team.
Men’s League:
In Men’s League action at Kalaheo, Chuck Reichle scored 10 points to lead the Puhi Paint to a 53-36 win over Nuff Said.
Brian Doo scored 11 points for Nuff Said.
In the second game, Dustin Gummens’ 12 points propelled Rob’s to a 53-37 win over the Soul-Jahs.
Matt Buchak scored eight points for the Soul-Jahs.
Th Matais had a scoring melee over the Kaua’i Freight Big Boyz, beating them 77-51 in the final game of the evening. Jeff Sullengberger erupted for 27 points; Jason Kerr scored 17 for the Big Boyz.
