Barton Nagata, was surprised by the Kiwanis Club during their Tuesday meeting when the organization honored Nagata with a special plaque and a lifetime membership for the 34 years he devoted to the Kiwanis Club. Nagata’s wife thanked the club for their support and said Barton looks forward to the weekly Tuesday meetings held at the Hanamaulu Cafe. She added the club keeps him young and healthy. The Kiwanis’ next project is their French Toast breakfast coming up on April 28 at the Wilcox School cafeteria.
