Cathy and Carlos Wilson have been taro patch workers in Hanalei for almost two years. They put in long hours and, unfortunately, incur many small injuries in their physical labors.
They find it difficult to obtain affordable housing. They are always babysitting for free to help out others, and they would benefit from some help with new clothing, new shoes and maybe some cots to sleep on.
Kuulei would love
pareos and a bedside stand
Being on oxygen all day can hamper your movements and at times keep your weight down. Kuulei, 71, enjoys reading and would appreciate a bedside stand to store her materials. And for easier change of clothes, she would also love to have a few pareos.
Jason needs warm clothes
Being confined to a wheelchair, Jason, 87, has been unable to do many things. Having warm clothing would help keep the chill off his bones and help make his holiday season a little brighter.
