Georgina “Nina” Kaneholani of Anahola, Kaua’i, died at home on Nov. 16, 2001 at the age of 50. Born in Honolulu, Oahu on May 10, 1051 she was a Salesperson with Poi Pounder Shirts at the Coconut Marketplace.
She is predeceased by her husband Harry Kaneholani Sr. and son Lawrence “Baba” Kaneholani. She is survived by daughter Uilani (Keanu Davis) Kaneholani of Anahola, Kaua’i; sons, Harry Kaneholani, Jr. of Anahola, Kaua’i and Malcolm Kaneholani of Honolulu, Oahu; mother, Carol Ramos; brothers, Rusty Jose of Honolulu, Oahu, Rocco Ramos of Haleiwa, Oahu, Jesse Jose of Haleiwa, Oahu and George Ramos; sisters, Ann (Macky) Dorha of Portland, OR., Cindy (Matty) Bevak of Arizona, Bell (George) Leigh of Pupukea, Oahu and Anna (Lawrence) Kalulu of Haleiwa, Oahu; 3 grandchildren: Numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Nov. 23, at 6-9 p.m. at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service at 7 p.m. And again at on Saturday, Nov. 24, 9 a.m. at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel. Service officiated by Sonny Amina will begin at 11 a.m. Followed by burial at the Kapa’a County Cemetery.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
