Barry is a two-month old boy born to a special needs mother. He was born
premature with other medical problems including heart trouble. He was
discharged from the hospital when he was about a month old and he and his
mother have bonded really well. Barry was having difficulty gaining weight but
has been able to gain some recently. His mom has needed on-going support from
various community agencies but has done really well with the baby. She recently
moved into a home of her own and is hoping that things will work out for her
and baby Barry. A little bit of Christmas cheer would help encourage her
ongoing effort.
Warm clothes, backpack would help Jon
Jon Morris
is single and homeless on Kaua’i for over 3 years. Unable to hold down job
because of a health condition, which gets in the way of a day to day routine.
He has no family on Kaua’i. Jon could use a new back pack and some warm clothes
to get him through the winter.
