She is survived by: her
husband: Elmer Aalona Ako of Pearl City, O’ahu; three sons: Wendell K. Ako
Huddy, Julian K. Ako, and Ranceford N. Ako, all of Honolulu, O’ahu; one
daughter: Roxanna L. (Wayne) Davis of Honolulu, O’ahu; three grandchildren.
four great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; two brothers: William
L.F. (Elizabeth) Huddy of Kapaa, Kauai; Joseph Luahine (Charlotte) Huddy of
Waimea, Hawaii; sister: Elizabeth K. (Valentine) Ako of Wailua, Kauai; numerous
uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the
family at 9 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at Ko’olau Huiia Church in Anahola;
service officiated by Rev. Richard Kamanu will begin at 11 a.m. Service will
also be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at Bishop Memorial Chapel
Kamehameha School on O’ahu followed by burial at the Mililani Cemetery. Aloha
attire is suggested and flowers omitted.
