He is survived by his wife: Thelma K. Blake of
Koloa; two sons: Dennis L.K. Blake of O’ahu and Alva (Pua) Blake of Koloa; one
sister-in-law: Grace Blake of Koloa; four grandsons: Duane Kaipo Blake and
Danny K. Blake, both of Koloa; and Kanan K. Blake and Keoni K. Blake, both of
California; two great granddaughters, Bree K. Blake and Blythe K. Blake, both
of Koloa; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation is scheduled for
Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Koloa Assembly of God Church from 10 a.m. where
services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Koloa Church
Cemetery.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements rae being handled by
Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary.
