It’s not even the weekend

Kaua’i may have to change its name from the Garden Island to the Party

Island.

Evidently more than a few folks decided not to wait for the weekend

to begin their weekend festivities.

Police were called by four different

people late Thursday night and early Friday morning because of “loud

parties.”

At 12:37 a.m. police received an anonymous call complaining about

a party on Hoona Road, in Po`ipu.

At 1:08 a.m. they received a call

complaining about a loud party on Kipuka Street, in Po`ipu.

At 1:15 a.m.

they received a call complaining about a loud party on Popau Street, in

Kapa`a.

At 5:03 a.m. they received the last party call of the night as

someone anonymously called to complain about a loud party at the Salt Pond

Pavilion, Hanapepe.
