assembly, and brought out his yoyo’s. Troy Shanks placed second with Kendall
Kusaka taking third in the Advanced division. Michael Ishibashi, Chasen
Kaneakua, and Raphael Escalona were winners in the Beginners division. Ortal
gets a trip to O’ahu to compete in the state tournament scheduled for June 17
at Ala Moana. The program was sponsored by High Performance Kites.
