Kikiaola Land Company (KLC) is inviting the public to attend one of a series of
small focus group meetings which will be held in Waimea beginning on Tuesday,
May 9.
Kikiaola’s representatives will present the company’s updated
20-year development plan for its lands adjacent to Waimea town and will ask for
the audience’s comments, suggestions, and concerns.
The one-hour-long
meetings are scheduled for May 9, May 11, May 16, and May 17. Additional
meetings may be added if there is sufficient interest.

Osteopath talks on the nature of healing and
chronic diseases
Dr. Hal Wong-Ken, a frequent visitor to Kaua’i, will be
speaking about The Nature of Healing and Chronic Diseases. Wong-Ken, who lives
and practices in Maine, is an osteopath who treats patients with means other
than the usual drugs and medications. His treatment modalities include
nutrition, homeopathy, kinesiology and energetic processing of emotions among
others.
This program is sponsored by the Baha’i Community of Kaua’i. It
will be held on Wednesday, May 10 from 7 – 10 p.m. The public is welcome. For
