Shayna Miyajima, the HHSAA (Hawai`i High School Athletic Association) 1999
champion, follows through on a put at the fifth hole of the Princeville Makai
Golf Course during opening day action of the David Ishii 2000 state golf
championships which conclude today. A field of 68 female golfers from high
schools statewide are participating in this tournament that will see a 2000
champion named after 36 holes of play. Miyajima is from Baldwin High School on
