Those under 18 years of age need to have signature of parent or
guardian.
Rules include 3 minute time limit on stage per entry.
Entrants will be judged on skill and execution of selection.
1 prize will be awarded per category and 1 overall grand prize.
Consolation prizes for each entrant.
