Raiders beat Castle in soccer shootout

HONOLULU — The Kaua’i High School boys soccer team won a 4-3 consolation game

over Castle in the state tournament last night.

Sean Kosen and Mason Chan

were the Red Raider goal scorers, and the third Raider goal was a Castle

own-goal to tie the score 3-3 late in the game.

Kosen, Chan, Ryan Rolland

and Andy Oda notched the goals as Kaua’i won the shootout 4-2.

Raiders play against Leilehua on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the tournament’s

consolation championship game.
