softball team said as the league’s six teams celebrate the presentation of
colors by members of the Waimea HS Jr. ROTC color guard during opening
ceremonies for the 2000 season. Speakers for the celebration included
governor’s Kaua’i liason Roy Nishida, councilmen Brian Baptiste, Gary Hooser,
and Billy Swain. The color guard, Cadt PFC Mark Medina, Cadt CSM Tory
Daligcon, Cadt Sgt Ritchael Cariaga, Cadt Richard Kalauawa, and Cadt PFC
Randall Ramos were under the command of Cadt Major Cyrus
