We, the Native Inhabitants, realize that the
office of Hawaiian Affairs is an entity of the state and that your duties,
responsibility and obligation is to represent the Native Hawaiians and
Hawaiians under the American Constitution (Chapter 10, Office of Hawaiian
Affairs, Section 10-1 Declaration of purpose).
The people of the state of
Hawai’i reaffirmed their solemn trust obligation and responsibility to Native
Hawaiians and furthermore declare in the state constitution that there be an
office of Hawaiian affairs to address the needs of the aboriginal class of
people of Hawai’i.
Section 10-2 “Native Hawaiian” means any descendent of
not less than one-half part of the races inhabiting the Hawaiian Island
previous to 1778, as defined by the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, as
amended.
Let me remind all of the people of Hawai’i, anything after 1893
is invalid and de-facto because a crime was committed and these violators were
never prosecuted. America apologized and confessed for the crime that happened
in 1893.
Section 10-2 “Hawaiian” means any descendent of the aboriginal
people inhabiting the Hawaiian Island which exercise sovereignty and subsisted
in the Hawaiian Island in 1778, and which peoples thereafter have continued to
reside in Hawai’i.
Public Law 103 -150; 107 Status 1510 is a Federal law,
recognized under the American constitution, and office of Hawaiian affairs did
not educate our Kanaka Maoli.
“Native Hawaiian” means any individual who
is a descendent of the aboriginal people who, prior to 1778, occupied and
exercise sovereignty in the area that now constitute the state of Hawai’i.
There is no blood quantum under the Federal law, they recognize the descendants
as the aboriginal people prior to 1778, who is the Kanaka Maoli. Who gave the
Native Inhabitants the name Native Hawaiian, Hawaiians?
This apology is not
an illusion, you don’t apologize for a crime and say I’m sorry, then prosecute
these Kanaka Maoli Inhabitants under your laws, for violating the De-Facto
Government’s law. Does the state of Hawai’i have Territorial Jurisdiction?
No.
Office of Hawaiian Affairs didn’t advise the Native Inhabitant about
the law, because state of Hawai’i created OHA under America’s law in 1978. Were
did state of Hawai’i purchase the Kingdom of Hawai’i from? I want to meet “Mr.
Hawai’i.”
America sold the Kingdom of Hawai’i to the state of Hawai’i after
it was stolen from a group of missionaries and military. So the fiftieth state
has purchased a Nation that was stolen and destroyed. These records prevail
today.
State of Hawai’i is not a permanent status. America apologized.
Remember you are liable for purchasing and receiving stolen goods; it’s not
O.K. to sell stolen land on Fee Simple. This is a confession from U.S. in
sallying our National lands, in the International arena.
The monumental
injustice of 1893, horrified all of humanity.
1.) In 1893, U.S. citizens
violated the 1789 Alien Torts Piracy Act, by conspiring to overthrow an
Independent Nation with whom the U.S. was at peace and had treaty relations,
those conditions prevail today.
2.) The U.S. Military is in violation of
the war power act, by imposing Hawai’i under martial law without a declaration
of war, and suspending the hour of the Kingdom of Hawai’i, and establishing
admiralty courts.
In the American Citizens Rulebooks, Bill of Rights Jury
Handbook, Article I section 8: Congress shall have power, to punish piracies
and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the Law of
Nations.
Article 2 section 4: The President, Vice President, and all civil
Officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on Impeachment for,
and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and
Misdemeanors.
Article 4 section 3: New states may be admitted by the
Congress into this Union. But no new state shall be formed or erected within
the Jurisdiction of any other state of two or more states or parts of state
without the Consent of the Legislature of the states concerned as well as of
the Congress.
President Clinton and the 103 Congress confessed. They have
failed to comply with their own constitutional laws. To be a good master you
must always remember the true “Pecking order” or chain of command in this
nation. 1) God created man. 2) Man ( that’s you) created constitution. 3)
Constitution created government. 4) Government created corporations.
The
base of power was to remain in “we the people.”
Defacto government: Meaning
from Blacks Law Dictionary Volume 4, states to wit; one that maintains itself
by display against the will of the rightful, and lawful government.
Dejure
government: Meaning from Blacks Law Dictionary Volume 4, states to wit; by
right, by justice, lawful and legitimate government.
I want to welcome
judges, lawyers, any politicians to my panel discussion show. Lawful Hawaiian
Government has a Legislative body. We’ve reinstated our nation.
A
preliminary constitution convention will be held Jan. 14,15,16 at Anahola Beach
Park. Delegates from every island will be here, so citizens needs to attend.
Also we want to invite Kaua’i Mayor Kusaka, the County Council and the Planning
Commission.
