Too dark in the DMV
Why is the lighting in the DMV building so dim? It’s hard to fill the form for driver license renewal. We already have to bring legal documents (birth certificates, Social Security cards, and two utility statements). We don’t need to make errors on the form mentioned only to be sent back to redo the form.
Lighten up the inside of the DMV building to avoid errors.

Great letter, Howard. Another compelling Kauaian issue brought to “light.” I hope the “dim”wits at the DMV take note.

We need to “lighten” up some very “dark” issues. DMV has no control of how “bright” these “dim”wits (admin) can be. Our LEaDers (get it – LED) feel that the ambiance of the lobby should be a “warm” feeling. Howard you’re not the only one brought this same issue to Department of Finance. Same excuse “We’ll look into it. . . . . .
