The YWCA of Kauai’s candlelight vigil to honor victims and survivors of domestic violence and sex assault is 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
There will be guest speakers, lighting of candles, entertainment and refreshments.
The vigil, “Out of the Shadows and Into the Light,” is described as “a special time to especially remember the victims that did not survive these crimes.”
This month, the YWCA of Kauai joins with its sister associations across the nation for “A Week Without Violence.”
