The South Korean film industry is getting a huge boost after a sluggish year with a sequel release of “Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days.”
“Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds” was filmed with the sequel at the same time in 2016 and released the first film in December 2017. The fantasy and action drama film saw much success but the sequel after one week has already surpassed 6 million tickets sold. The movie is based on a webtoon by Joo Ho-min. Director Kim Yong Hwa, using special effects, has elevated the Korean film industry in CGI. The all-star cast of Ha Jung-woo, Cha Tae-hyun and Ju Ji-hoon make a great team.

Today, 6:30 p.m.: Eun Han goes back to the life she planned before she lost her memory, putting worried Kang Woo behind her. But before she does, Eun Han finds herself in a life threatening disposition. Kang Woo can’t help, but worry about Eun Han. Just then, Detective Kim shows up and makes Kang Woo even more apprehensive.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Soo Jin searches through the house to find the cell phone. Eun Han gets anxious when she acts intuitively from her subconscious, as she gets closer to her real self. Kang Woo stands by her as her support. Chairman Min and Chan Ki’s conflict escalates. Soo Jin is all smiles seeing a document that the Chairman hands to Chan Ki.

Monday 7:45 p.m.: Seo Ri finds her way home through memory and there she meets Woo Jin and Chan. With her uncle and aunt gone, she is left with nowhere to go, but to roam the streets. A mysterious cry puts everyone at Woo Jin’s house in fear.
Tuesday, 7:45p.m.: Seo Ri, who lost her chance to study in Germany due to her accident, gets very curious about Woo Jin’s time in Germany. Woo Jin, who shuns people, feels uncomfortable with Seo Ri’s inquisitive attention. Seo Ri tries to find work to make some money to repair her violin.

Wednesday 7:45 p.m.: From a life as a bottom feeder, Kang Ho turns into “honorable judge” overnight. He narrowly escapes critical moments with knowledge he acquired from his time in prison. He receives a mysterious call and in turn, makes a new promise.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: “My life is at stakes in this trial.” Kang Ho’s illicit dealings are put at a precarious state by So Eun. They face each other on a conglomerate’s son’s assault case and their relationship moves on to a different level.

Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Kyung Ha’s wedding gets canceled and the family is shocked beyond belief. Hyun Sook finds out about the agreement made on Kyung Ha’s marriage. Yong Ha finds out Soo Hee is Tae Il’s birth mother. Soon Ok confesses that Gwang Jae is staying at her place to Hyun Sook. Hyun Bin comes and begs to continue with the marriage.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Gwang Jae realizes the reason for Tae Il’s hatred toward him. Hyun Sook has a preconception dream. Hyun Sook receives a photo of Myung Ha from a friend. Young Ha offers a partnership to Gwang Jae and asks her father for financial help.
