Kekaha is all setup. 1.3 G 1 explosives, or fireworks shell has arrived. It is in a Young Brothers container. Parked by the Kekaha neighborhood center again. Just as I thought, about 4 people showed up. One of them is a technician. The others are helpers. They look different from the crew last year. Only one of them looks the same. They came about 8:10 a.m. this morning. They’ll be setting it up again about 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. And once again, I’ll be watching them about 20 yards away. I’m sure they’re experts. I already know who they are.
What the black wire called? common ground. What is it? I’ll be watching you guys tomorrow again.
